About ADNA TECH

A product portfolio built around one field: moving, metering and storing bulk solids.

What we focus on

ADNA TECH LIMITED works in industrial flow equipment for bulk solids — the machinery that handles powders, granulates, pellets and aggregates inside a production plant. The portfolio covers material handling, conveying, dosing, filtration, flow promotion, valves and silo equipment, together with the components that support them.

That focus is deliberate. Bulk solids do not behave like liquids and they do not behave like packaged goods. They bridge, they rathole, they segregate, they abrade the equipment carrying them and they change behaviour with a few percent of moisture. Equipment that works well on one material can be entirely unsuitable for another that looks identical in a photograph.

How the range is organised

The product groups are arranged by duty rather than by construction. Flow promotion covers linear vibrators, motovibrators, oscillating elements and bin activators. Conveying covers screw conveyors in tubular, trough, vertical, stainless and shaftless configurations, along with pipe couplings and anti-wear elbows. Control covers valves, rotary valves, dosing units and level and pressure instrumentation. Containment covers venting filters and dust collectors, loading bellows, mixers and silos.

Model designations are carried through from the equipment nomenclature itself, so a specification written against a particular series stays traceable when it reaches us.

How we work on an enquiry

Selection starts with the material and the duty, not with a model number. Bulk density, particle size, moisture, abrasiveness, temperature and flow behaviour set the boundaries; the required rate, the available space, the interface with the equipment either side and the maintenance access decide the rest. Where an enquiry arrives as a model number, we would rather ask what it has to do before confirming it.

  • Material and duty first, model designation second
  • Interfaces with upstream and downstream equipment considered together
  • Wear parts, access and maintenance treated as part of the specification
  • Straight answers where a product is not the right fit for the application

Working with us

Tell us the material, the duty and the position it has to work in, and we will work through the specification with you. Our e-mail, telephone, WhatsApp and office address are on the contact page.
